Character: Undead Geonosians are a terrifying aspect of the Star Wars universe, particularly seen in the Clone Wars series. These creatures are essentially reanimated corpses of the Geonosian species, brought back to life through the use of brain worms controlled by a Geonosian queen. They retain the semi-insectoid appearance of their living counterparts, with their hard chitin exoskeleton, elongated faces, and multi-jointed limbs, but they move with a jerky, unnatural motion indicative of their undead state.
The undead Geonosians are part of a hive mind, taking orders directly from the queen, and they are used as a defense mechanism to protect the hive and its interests. Their appearance is more grotesque than the living Geonosians, often with visible signs of decay and a luminescent, eerie glow emanating from their bodies.
