Cooling-off Period and Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package via PostNL; please check your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging.
At the bottom of the page, you will find a return form that you must include with your return shipment. To exercise this right, you can contact us via Email. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after receiving your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition.
If the product or packaging is damaged, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returned.
Exchange a Product?
Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem. You can contact us for this. However, you will bear the cost of returning the product.
Entered the Wrong Delivery Address?
Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via contact. We will try to change the order for you.
